SAR Trilogy Management identifies investments and works alongside management teams to provide leadership, mentorship and support to drive pace via an active board role.  Our relationships in the industries we choose to invest in are unparalleled and can dramatically accelerate growth.  We carefully vet each potential opportunity, and only if we feel that we can add value to a company beyond providing capital, by leveraging our strategic and operational expertise, will we pursue an investment.

For any business we invest in, we will tailor our involvement to match the company’s unique situation, from board-level participation to rolling up our sleeves.  We are open to partnering with current ownership or to facilitating an exit strategy.  While we usually seek control of the businesses invest in, we treat the legacies our partners have built with the utmost respect.

We have the capability to acquire individual private businesses and divisions of larger companies with an enterprise value of up to $100 million.  For infrastructure businesses, we have additional dedicated capital available.
